PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
Most products on the website are for pre-order unless stated ON-HAND at our one-stop-shop. Services, such as merch buying services, installment, and auction services are both available at Come and Luke one-stop-shop and online.
On Products
Items on the website or at our shop are tagged either official or fanmade. Official items are directly imported from South Korea. Our suppliers proudly present all album sales toward Hanteo, Gaon in Korea, on a daily basis so that sales reflect on weekly music charts. Every album purchased through Come & Luke guarantees to support your favorite artist.
Fanmade items, on the other hand, are either locally-made or imported. We carefully check the quality of items —imported or not—before releasing them on the website or putting them on our one-stop-shop (physical shop).
General Policy
1. Only fill-out the order form if 100% sure of placing an order.
2. Come & Luke claims all authority to acknowledge or reject any order request for any reason at any time.
3. Any participation in Come & Luke’s services will comprise comprehension and full compliance with my shop’s Terms and Conditions.
Cancellation Policy
1. If a buyer wants to cancel his/her order, the buyer is required to pay the cancellation fee which is half the total amount of his/her order. Any partial payments made before cancellation will be forfeited.
2. In case the item purchased is unavailable, you may choose to either have the payment refunded, or exchange it to another item available or store credits that you can use for future purchases
Customer Policy
1. Come & Luke will keep all your personal information confidential. Should the buyer be a bogus buyer or an offender, Come & Luke reserves the right to post his/her details.
2. Come & Luke will not be held liable for the wrong details you have stated in the order form.
Payment Policy
1. Not paying until the said deadline of payment implies that your order is already canceled and you must pay for the cancellation fee or you will be recorded and posted as a bogus buyer.
2. If you paid for your item in full, your order will be processed and will be shipped/checked out as soon as they arrive at our one-stop-shop. On the other hand, for installment, the buyer is required to pay 30% downpayment of the said item and the 70% remaining must be settled weekly.
3. The buyer must always send the proof of payment to the designated form. No proof of payment = not paid.
Shipment Policy
1. All group orders/orders are shipped overseas unless stated. Thus, the buyer must be patient enough while waiting for his/her order to come.
2. Come & Luke will not be held liable for the delays from shipment caused by the international couriers or local couriers.
Goods Policy
1. All items that are shipped out are sealed or without damage. Thus, Come & Luke will not be held liable for the product/s with factory defect/s or damage caused by the courier.
2. Come & Luke is not liable for any missing inclusions caused by the production of entertainment management.
3. Come & Luke is no longer liable for your goods once turned over to the couriers.
Refund Policy
1. Refunds are only applicable when your order is already out of stock. Other than that, your excuses won’t be acknowledged.
2. Come & Luke will only issue refunds via Paymaya to Paymaya or over the counter.
Exchange/Return Policy
1. Come & Luke reserves the right to deny exchange should it deem that the item is already used.
2. Come & Luke will only accept an item exchange if we sent you the wrong item.
3. However, you need to have an UNBOXING VIDEO before an item exchange. No unboxing video = no item exchange. The video must start with the item inside the parcel/package.
Return to Sender Policy
1. If the local courier fails to deliver your parcel whatever the reason may be, the buyer must pay for another local shipping fee.
Submission of the order form means agreeing to Come & Luke’s terms and conditions.
