4. Do you do meet-ups?

We do meet-ups as long as you are residing in the Tarlac area. Meet-ups could be done in  Metro Town Mall, SM Tarlac, or anywhere near Munisipyo (City Hall). You could negotiate for another meet-up place by sending me a direct message. The handling fee will be added to your payment depending on the location.

5. Do you accept combined shipping?

Yes, but it should fall on the same ETA or the item is tagged ONHAND. If not, then as long as you are willing to wait. For combined shipping, please send me a request that you wish to combine with the subject “COMBINED SHIPPING” in my email address or just send me a direct message and wait for it to reflect on the Masterlist.

6. How does Installment work?

The buyer is required to pay 30% downpayment of the said item and the 70% remaining balance must be settled weekly in 4 weeks or in 10 weeks.

 

Example:

 

Amount to pay = P1000

 

Downpayment     = P300

Weekly payment = P175 x 4 weeks ( = P700)

9. Do you accept cash on delivery?
 

Yes, as long as the item/s is/are ONHAND and downpayment were settled (this option is for Tarlac City Residence only).

However, we do not accept COD to Non-Tarlac City Residence. All items are on payment first basis unless stated.

10. Why is my payment pending on the Masterlist even though I already paid?

It will only reflect on the Masterlist once I have already confirmed your payments. For remittance centers, I will only insert COMPLETED once claimed.

11. How long does it take for a NORMAL and FAST ETA to arrive?

FAST ETA - 1 to 2 weeks
NORMAL ETA - 4 or more weeks

13. Can I pick-up my order at Come & Luke? Do I still need to pay my shipping fee/Local Shipping fee?

Yes, you can pick-up your order as long as you informed us in advance, hence no shipping fee shall be added.

 

14. Can I request an item even though there’s no group order for that?

Yes, please feel free to request an item. I accept pasabuys from Korea.
